What is the correct dosage for Cialis? When you buy Cialis it is available in two strengths. Patients should start with the standard dose of 10mg. Only if this proves ineffective, should you try the stronger dose of 20mg.When should I take Cialis? Between 30 minutes and one hour prior to sexual activity. Cialis should not be taken more than once in any 24-hour period. Cialis remains effective for approximately twenty four hours though some of our patients have reported it working for up to 36 hours.

How well does Cialis work? Official trials show that the Cialis impotence drug works extremely well. Up to 80% of men reported an improvement in their erections. The treatments are effective in about 60% of men who suffer from diabetes. Who Can't Take Cialis? Men taking medicines containing nitrates in any form should not take Cialis as this can cause a large and sudden drop in blood pressure. Nitrates include the heart medicine nitroglycerine (GTN) and the long acting nitrates used to treat angina (chest pain).
